Terms of Service

By registering an account or using the censor.wtf service, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

censor.wtf provides a proxy access service based on the VLESS + Reality protocol. The service is designed for privacy-conscious users in regions with internet restrictions.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access in all regions at all times. The availability of the service may be affected by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to blocking by network operators or governments.

You may use the service only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Distribution of spam, malware, or any malicious software
• Illegal distribution of copyrighted content (torrents, piracy)
• Distribution of child sexual abuse material or any illegal content involving minors
• DDoS attacks, port scanning, or any network abuse
• Sharing your subscription credentials with users outside your device limit

We do not log, monitor, or store records of your browsing activity, DNS queries, IP addresses you connect to, or connection timestamps.

The only data we retain is the traffic volume consumed per account, which is necessary for billing purposes only. Your activity on the internet remains private.

All payments are processed manually. Subscriptions are activated within minutes of confirmed payment. The following conditions apply to refunds:

• Refunds may be issued within 48 hours of payment if the service was not activated or was non-functional due to our fault
• No refunds are issued for partial use of a subscription period
• No refunds for accounts terminated due to violation of these Terms
• Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] with your account email and payment details

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance via our Telegram channel.

In case of extended downtime caused by our infrastructure, affected users may receive subscription extensions at our discretion.

censor.wtf is provided 'as is'. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or consequences of accessing restricted content in your jurisdiction.

Referral commissions are credited as account balance and can be used to pay for subscriptions. Commissions are earned on every payment made by referred users at the current rate of 30%.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Abuse of the referral system, including self-referrals or fraudulent registrations, will result in account termination.

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via Telegram. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
